These regulations repeal regulations 6, 7,  9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 26(8), 35, 36, 37, and 38 of the Local Government: Municipal Performace Regulations for Municipal Managers and Managers directly accountable to Municipal Managers, (Government Notice No. 805) as published in Government Gazette No. 29089 of 1 August 2006.
