I, Solomon Lechesa Tsenoli, Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, subject to applicable labour legislation and after consultation with organised local government representing local government nationally, the bargaining council established for municipalities, the Minister for Public Service and Administration and, where applicable, the Minister of Health and the Minister of Finance, hereby,  under section 120, read with section  72, of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000), make the regulations in the Schedule.
