| (1) | A municipality must inform all municipal managers and managers directly accountable to municipal managers in writing about the revised cost of living adjustments that any errors will be rectified, overpayments recovered and underpayments adjusted where necessary. |
| (2) | The expenditure emanating from the implementation of this Notice must be defrayed from the 2019/20 budget of municipalities. |
