12. Overpayment and underpayment

(1) A municipal council must inform a senior manager in writing about the revised cost of living adjustments, and this information must include that overpayments will be recovered, and underpayments adjusted, where necessary.

 

(2) The expenditure for implementation of this Notice must be defrayed from the 2022/23 budget of municipalities.
