12. Costs and expenses of Committee, and audit

(1) The costs and expenses connected with the application of this Act must be defrayed from money appropriated by Parliament to the Department for that purpose.

 

(2) In addition to the audit of the financial statements of the Department in terms of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), the Auditor-General must audit the affairs of the Committee.
