National Conventional Arms Control Act, 2002 (Act No. 41 of 2002)

An inspector of the Inspectorate may during normal office hours enter any premises other than a private dwelling occupied or used by a person in possession of a permit, in order to determine whether the specifications and conditions of the permit are being complied with.
