National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004)

In this Notice, unless the context otherwise indicates—

"the National Pollution Prevention Plans Regulations 2017"

means the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004): National Pollution Prevention Plans Regulations of Government Notice No. R.712 in Government Gazette 40996 of 21 July 2017, as amended;

"subsequent pollution prevention plans"

means Pollution Prevention Plans due on 31 May 2021, for the period 01 January 2021 to 31 December 2025; and

"the Act"

means the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004).
