3. The Trust and its Objects

3.1There is hereby created with the approval of the Commissioner a Trust called the ________________________ REHABILITATION TRUST.

 

3.2The sole object of the Trust is to act as the financial provider in whole or part for expenditure which the beneficiary is required to undertake in order to comply with the Statutory Obligations.
