47. Circumstances in which withdrawals are permissible

The relevant Competent authority may in accordance with this Part withdraw an environmental authorisation if-

a)a condition of the authorisation has been contravened or is not being complied with;
b)the authorisation was obtained through—
i)fraudulent means; or
ii)the misrepresentation or non-disclosure of material information; or
c)the activity is permanently or indefinitely discontinued.
