I, Buyelwa Sonjica, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby, under regulation 79 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2010, published in Government Notice No. R. 543 of 18 June 2010, determine that the said Regulations shall take effect on 2 August 2010.
