I, Barbara Dallas Creecy, Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, hereby publish the non-detriment finds for Aloe ferox (Bitter Aloe) made by the Scientific Authority in terms of section 62 of the National Environment Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004) for implementation.  The detailed non-detriment finding is contained in the Government Gazette, which can be accessed on https://www.environment.gov.za/legislation/gazetted_notices.
