Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment

 

I, Barbara Dallas Creecy, Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, hereby in terms of section 33(2)(b) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004), declare certain land as described in the Schedule hereto, as part of the existing Harold Porter National Botanical Garden.
