104. Pending applications for permits, registration certificates and appeals

(1) An application for a permit or registration submitted in terms of the repealed Regulations and which is pending when these Regulations come into effect, must be dispensed with in terms of these Regulations.

 

(2) An appeal lodged in terms of the repealed Regulations, and which is pending on the date of corning into effect of these Regulations must be dispensed with in terms of the repealed Regulations.
