46. Applications affecting rights of other persons

(1) If the granting of an approval of a registration application will affect the rights of a specific person, the applicant must, at the same time of submitting the application to the issuing authority,also give notice of the application to that the affected person.

 

(2) A person notified of an application in terms of subregulation (1) may, within 15 working days of having been notified, submit any written objections that he or she has against the application, to the issuing authority.
