94. Meetings of the Scientific Authority

(1) The Scientific Authority must meet at least once a year to develop a report to the Minister regarding compliance with the provisions of section 61 of the Biodiversity Act.

 

(2)The Chairperson may convene additional meetings as and when necessary.
