Anything done in terms of the repealed National Norms and Standards for the Management of Elephants in South Africa, 2008 published under Government Notice No. 251, in Government Gazette No. 30833 of 29 February 2008, and which can be done in terms of a provision of these Norms and Standards, must be regarded as having been done in terms of a provision of these Norms and Standards.
