I, Barbra Dallas Creecy, Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, hereby issue the Norms and Standards for the Management of Elephants in South Africa in terms of section 9(1)(a) and (c) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004), as set out in the Schedule hereto.
