I, Barbra Dallas Creecy, Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, hereby under section 9(1)(a) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004),  issue the Norms and Standards for the Trophy Hunting of Leopard in South Africa, as set out in the Schedule hereto.
