94. Co-ordination of actions between provinces and municipalities

The MEC must—

(a)liaise with coastal municipalities in the province to co-ordinate actions taken in terms of this Act by provincial organs of state in the province with action taken by municipalities; and
(b)monitor compliance by such municipalities with this Act.
