Department of Water Affairs and Forestry

 

It is hereby notified for general information that—

(1)the National Forest Recreation and Access Trust was established by section 41(1) of the National Forests Act, 1998 (Act No. 84 of 1998).
(2)the Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry is the sole trustee of the Trust.
(3)the Trust is for the benefit of the general public of the Republic.

 

Any enquiries with regard to the Trust may be addressed to the Director-General, Department of Water Affairs and Forestry, Private Bag X313, Pretoria, 0001.
