44. Hours of operation

1)In granting a site operator licence the provincial licensing authority may, after taking into consideration the locality of the site, determine and limit the hours of operation of the site.

 

2)The provincial licensing authority may, on good cause shown, license the site operator to operate outside the normal hours of operation of the primary business.
