(1) | An Emergency Medical Service which is operational before the commencement of these Regulations must be allowed to continue to provide services for a maximum period of one (1) year after the commencement of these Regulations. |
(2) | The Emergency Medical Service referred to in subregulation (1) must be licensed in terms of these Regulations before it may continue to operate after the period of one (1) year following the commencement of these Regulations. |
(3) | Failure to licence an Emergency Medical Service referred to in subregulation (1) constitutes an offence as provided for in regulation 30(a). |
