National Heritage Resources Act, 1999 (Act No. 25 of 1999)

The National Monuments Act, 1969 (Act No. 28 of 1969), and section 41(2) of the Environment Conservation Act, 1989 (Act No. 73 of 1989), are hereby repealed.
