Chapter XII : Discovery of Previously Unknown Graves (Section 36(6))

41. Applicability

(1) This chapter applies when a grave, the existence of which was previously unknown, is discovered in the course of development or any other activity.

 

(2) Such grave must not be disturbed in any way after it is discovered except under authority of the provincial heritage resources authority.
