| (2) | The Minister, MEC and planning authority must, before finalizing the national land transport strategic framework, provincial land transport framework or integrated transport plan, as the case may be, publish a notice in English and at least one other official language in a newspaper circulating nationally, in the province, or in the area of the planning authority, as the case may be, informing the relevant stakeholders that the plan in question has been completed and is available for public inspection at a place stated in the notice. |
