93B. Arrangements for public transport between district and local municipalities

Any arrangements regarding municipal public transport between district and local municipalities that are contemplated in section 84(1)(g) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act, 1998 (Act No. 117 of 1998), are subject to this Act and any regulations or arrangements made under this Act.
