National Land Transport Act, 2009 (Act No. 5 of 2009)

In this Chapter, unless the context indicates otherwise, any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act or in regulation 1, has the same meaning, and the following expression has the meaning assigned to it:

"operating licence for conversion"

means an operating licence contemplated in section 47(1) of the Act that was issued in terms of the Transition Act for an indefinite period or a period exceeding seven years.
