45. Offences

A person is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine or to imprisonment for not more than three months, or to both a fine and imprisonment, who—

(a)contravenes any provision of these regulations;
(b)drives a vehicle for scholar transport without a special identity card as required by regulation 42;or
(c)uses such an identity card that does not apply to him- or herself.
