National Minimum Wage Act, 2018 (Act No. 9 of 2018)

The Commission must determine its own rules on the conduct of meetings, provided that those rules—

(a)        require the Chairperson to act impartially; and

(b)        provide that the chairperson has no deliberative vote or casting vote.
