National Radioactive Waste Disposal Institute Act, 2008 (Act No. 53 of 2008)

A director of the board, other than the chief executive officer or a person who is in the full-time employ of the State, is appointed on such terms and conditions, including those relating to the remuneration and allowances, as the Minister may determine with the concurrence with the Minister of Finance.
