National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications Act, 2008 (Act No. 5 of 2008)

The fact that anything has been done under this Act by the Minister, the National Regulator, the Board, a member of the Board, a committee referred to in section 11 or a member of such committee, the Chief Executive Officer or an employee of the National Regulator in connection with any article, material, substance, act or matter, may not be interpreted as an assurance or a guarantee of any nature in respect of that article, material, substance, act or matter.
