| (1) | A registered fire protection association must submit an annual report to the Minister by 30 June of every year on its activities and the achievement of its objectives, provided that the Minister may at any time request a registered fire protection association to report on any other matter as related to the Act. |
| (2) | The Minister must make available within a reasonable time to any interested party the information about veld fire management, in accordance with the requirements of Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000). |
