25. Annual report by Council
Purchase
(1)
The
Council
shall annually submit to the
Minister
a report on its functions in terms of
this Act
.
(2)
The report referred to in subsection (1) shall be laid upon the Table in Parliament by the Minister as soon as possible after receipt thereof.
