I, Ms. Ditebogo Kgomo, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the South African Council for the Non-Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction, hereinafter referred to as the Council, in terms of section 7(1) of the Non-Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction Act, 1993 (Act No. 87 of 1993), hereby issue Codes of Conduct to state the principles of non-proliferation and describe procedures and methods to be followed during the execution of certain activities related to non-proliferation.
