Nuclear Energy Act, 1999 (Act No. 46 of 1999)

Section 1 of the Hazardous Substances Act, 1973, is hereby amended by the substitution for the expression "Nuclear Energy Act, 1993", where it occurs in the definition of "Group IV hazardous substance", of the expression "Nuclear Energy Act, 1999".
