8. Records and Retention

8.1 All learner records shall be maintained by the accredited training provider as required by the NQF Act for a minimum period of five (5) years and the records shall be accessible during this time for inspection by the Authorised Body and Department of Employment and Labour.

 

8.2 The authorised body will similarly retain for five (5) years all its relevant records.
