| (1) | A duty holder must pay a prescribed fee each time a notification, a renewal or a revision of a risk assessment is sent to the chief inspector: Provided that the chief inspector may grant an exemption from payment of such fees or may determine any other fee, if necessary. |
| (2) | The chief inspector may waive but not refund the whole or any part of any fee paid or payable under these Regulations. |
