| (1) | Subject to regulation 5(1), the registration is valid for a period of five years or for such other period as the chief inspector may determine in a particular case, unless the registration is earlier suspended or revoked in accordance with the Regulations. |
| (2) | The chief inspector shall renew the registration upon the updating of a risk assessment and documents as may be required and on payment of the appropriate renewal fee specified. |
