Regulations

(1)	An application shall be accompanied by a fee as prescribed and reflected in item 1 of Annexure B of the Schedule.

(2)	The application for a licence in terms of section 3F must be in writing, using Annexure "A" or a DAFF website based form requested from [email protected].
