Perishable Products Export Control Act, 1983 (Act No. 9 of 1983)

The board may designate an officer in its employ as a general manager, who shall be the chief executive officer of the board with power to manage and control the work authorized by the board and to exercise supervision over the other officers and the employees in the employ of the board.
