2. Continued existence of Perishable Products Export Control Board

The Perishable Products Export Control Board, established in terms of the Perishable Products Export Control Act, 1926 (Act No. 53 of 1926), shall, notwithstanding the repeal of that Act by this Act, continue to exist and to be a juristic person.
