Perishable Products Export Control Act, 1983 (Act No. 9 of 1983)

In terms of section 17(i) of the Perishable Products Export Control Act, 1983 (Act No. 9 of 1983), and by virtue of the Board's appointment as Assignee in terms of Regulation 1978 of the Agricultural Products Standards Act, 1990 (Act No. 119 of 1990), the Board hereby imposes the following levies and tariffs in respect of each of the products specified in the tables, which may be exported from the Republic of South Africa. These levies will be valid from 1 April 2019 until further notice.
