(1) | An applicant for a licence wanting to make changes to its licence application before the Energy Regulator has decided on the application may request permission from the Energy Regulator to do so. |
(2) | If the Energy Regulator deems it necessary, it may direct the applicant to publish a notice of an amendment to a licence application in the same newspapers and in the same languages as the notice of the licence application to be amended was published. |
(3) | The notice published in terms of subrule (2) above must also comply with Rule 8 of these Rules. |
