(1) | A retailer must supply or offer to supply petroleum products at a site by way of sale for a wholly monetary consideration and at the petrol price prescribed by regulation. |
(2) | A retailer may not give or offer any benefit to any consumer as a condition or as a result of any sale of petroleum products contemplated in subregulation (1). |
