51. Abolition of Interim Pharmacy Council of South Africa, and transitional provisions

The Interim Pharmacy Council of South Africa shall cease to exist on the day immediately preceding the date of the first meeting of the council, and all rights, obligations, assets and liabilities acquired or incurred, as the case may be, by the Interim Pharmacy Council of South Africa, shall immediately vest in the council and the council shall be deemed to have acquired or incurred such rights, obligations, assets and liabilities in terms of this Act.
