2. Categories of persons that may be registered

 

For purposes of registration in terms of the Act, there shall be the following categories of persons—

(a)Pharmacy student;
(b)Pharmacist intern;
(c)Pharmacist;
(d)Specialist pharmacist;
(e)Pharmacist's assistant (learner basic);
(f)Pharmacist's assistant (basic);
(g)Pharmacist's assistant (learner post-basic);
(h)Pharmacist's assistant (post-basic);
(i)Pharmacy technician (student);
(j) Pharmacy technician (learner);
(k)Pharmacy technician (trainee);
(I)Pharmacy technician;
(m)Pharmacy owner;
(n)Responsible pharmacist;
(o)Nominee;
(p)Tutor;
(q)Provider;
(r)Assessor; and
(s)Moderator;

who must be registered by council in registers kept for these categories.
