(a)The pharmacies, the persons and providers of eduction and training must annually pay fees contained in the Schedule to these Regulations to the Council.

 

(b)The fees as contained in Schedule 1 are subject to an increase on an annual basis, applicable from 1 January every year, to a maximum increase of the rate of headline inflation in terms of the Consumer Price.
