34. Delegation of powers

(1)The Minister may delegate any of his or her powers in terms of this Act, excluding the power to appoint members of the Council and the Appeal Board and the power to make regulations, to the Director-General or any other official of the Department.

 

(2)The Council may delegate any of its powers in terms of this Act, excluding the power to make rules, to a committee, an official or a member of the Council.
