10. Exemption from registration

(1) The Minister may by notice in the Gazette and on such conditions as he or she may specify in the notice, exempt any premises from the provisions of section 6 in respect of any kind of business.

 

(2) The registrar may on application and subject to the conditions determined by him or her, exempt any premises from the provisions of section 6.
