Plant Improvement Act, 1976 (Act No. 53 of 1976)

The registration of a unit shall, subject to earlier termination in terms of this Scheme, be valid from the date of issue of the registration certificate to the date on which the post-control results of the seed crop of the growing season, to which such registration relates, are available.
